Evolio brings AVE Soft’s strong vision of redefining law firms’ operations to fruition. “We want to be the tool that helps manage law firms and connects them to the outside world with a focus on great user interfaces, integrations, and the adoption of innovations from other industries to the legal world,” mentions Mr. Tkac. With Evolio, AVE Soft wants to become the technological base for lawfirms and their business.

As lawyers today often struggle with the business side of their work, Evolio provides useful insights such that they can work more efficiently and profitably. “Lawyers are legal experts; they did not graduate from business school.

We offer them a flexible program for comprehensive management of the legal file in electronic form,” says Mr. Tkac. Evolio ensures that users get access to a full record of files, including documents, tasks and finances, with one click. Electronic file storage allows users to register entities between which there may be links. Further, each subject has its own card with detailed contact details (emails, delivery address, etc.) as well as a list of files in which it appears. “When creating an operation, the user selects a print report from preset patterns, Evolio can insert data from the file into them—no more rewriting,” states Mr. Tkac.

With its timeline feature, Evolio further allows lawyers to quickly and clearly view the history of a specific file. “It can be easily filtered by activity or name. Each point can be clicked to see its detail. For example, you can open a data message and forward it directly by email,” mentions Mr. Tkac.

In addition, Evolio also supports team management and project management of the file, offering cloud-based and government system-integrated operations with maximum connectivity. “We focus on breaking routines and automating legal processes. We developed the automation module, which allows you to define business processes and create various validations and notifications. This brings completely new possibilities to the work of law firms,” says Mr. Tkac.

He elaborates on a case where a law firm came up with an interesting challenge for AVE Soft. The client wanted to manage its debt. AVE Soft was able to automate their legal recovery process in a way that the client’s processing capacity increases from 300 to 2,000 claims processed per month. Such has been the prowess that AVE Soft has garnered over the years by helping many such clients across five countries.

What has led AVE Soft in achieving this feat has been its user orientation. Mr. Tkac informs, “We look for new perspectives and innovative ways to meet your needs, and place great emphasis on communication and user support.” The company strives to have a personalized approach in the way they work with users. “When attorneys see that we are trying to adjust Evolio based on their comments, they are more willing to give us feedback and help us analyze new features,” concludes Mr. Tkac.
